Large experience in Computational Biophysics specially in the areas of protein and membrane molecular modeling/simulation. We use a large variety of approaches like: Molecular Dynamics, Constant-pH MD, Continuum Electrostatics, Monte Carlo, Enhanced Sampling techniques, Molecular Docking, force-field development, etc. I give special emphasis to the interaction between the “in silico” methodologies and experimentalists’ real needs. Building bridges between computation and experiment is one of my goals and, probably, my main quality.
