About Miguel Parobec

I’ve spent more than 20 years in the Power Generation and Heavy Equipment industry, but truthfully — it’s never been just about machines for me. It’s about people, reliability, and the trust that comes from showing up when others can’t. From the early days turning wrenches in the field to leading Gentech Field Services as President & CEO, I’ve always believed in doing the job right — no shortcuts, no excuses. That mindset has carried me through every major project I’ve ever led, with a 100% success rate on mission-critical operations across North America. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working hands-on with: High-horsepower diesel engine rebuilds, often in remote or challenging environments. Life safety installations for major oil & gas corporations, hotel groups, and top property management firms. Supplying and supporting leading Power Generation and Fire Suppression systems for clients who demand only the best. Designing power rental solutions — from temporary backup systems to long-term primary power for high-rises, warehouses, and large-scale commercial sites. What drives me is simple: keeping operations running and people safe — no matter the challenge, no matter the conditions. Today, at Gentech Field Services, I’m proud to lead a team that shares that same relentless commitment to reliability, safety, and service. Because in this business, success isn’t just measured in uptime — it’s measured in trust earned and relationships built.
