About Miguel Pico

In personal reflection, I find that my career desires and experiences are based in helping others. My talents are design, planning, accuracy, and building. Combined, it is my responsibility and fulfillment to work with my team to realize our customer’s vision, needs, and goals. As industry experts, it is our obligation to bring confidence, trust, value, and satisfaction to every customer project in which we participate. Years of experiences have led me through the spectrum of what the commercial construction industry brings. Managing these sometimes – uncontrollable circumstances requires attention to detail, transparent communication, and teamwork. The nature of design and development is ever-changing. New challenges will cause us to learn by looking backward as direction on how to move forward.
