I am an International Sales Manager with proven experience on emerging markets (Middle East, India, Eastern Europe and Africa) for more than 10 years. My academic background is in Strategic Marketing with a Master’s Degree in Product Management. Currently working for WinSoft International, in charge of Claris (an Apple Inc. subsidiary ) sales in EMEIA, I’m responsible of supervising a team of Business Developers, Marketing & Sales Reps, also of the Distribution Channel - recruiting new VARs and expanding the turnover through existing partners. My key strengths include result oriented and overachiever spirit with a track record of exceeding targets, positiveness and capacity of turning problems into opportunities and continuous learning, keeping a sharp eye on new technologies and innovation. My management style consists in inspiring my colleagues with my total engagement, competitive mind and go-getter spirit, trying to motivate and develop each individual in my team to the best of his potential. At a professional sphere, my leitmotiv is “don’t think in terms of sales but rather in terms of building a business.” When I discuss with a Customer or Partner, I always look after something that’s going to survive beyond one sale, how to open the door to new relationships and build a long-term collaboration.
