Early experiences are those that create emotional difficulties and shape our view of the world. These wounds can range from illness or death of very close people, aggression, to more subtle experiences, such as childhood neglect, perceptions of lack of affection, or emotional abuse. My objective is to reduce clients' suffering as quickly as possible and restore well-being and I am doing so through a model of short-term psychotherapeutic intervention, which only requires 6 sessions focused on a well-established goal.
