About Mihaela Manea

A results-driven individual, I am an oil & gas doctorate engineer with vast experience. I am currently involved in plate heat exchangers business development, having corporate strategy exposure and a sound technical background. Broad experience in drilling fluids operations, both in field and in laboratory testing, inventory planning, cost control and technical support; strong leadership in HSE practices. Almost 10 years of scientific research in various areas such as new technology for drilling fluids, Nano technology, polymer engineering, mini emulsion polymerization. Author and co-author scientific articles published in international reviews i.e. “Advanced Materials”, “American Institute of Chemical Engineers Journal”, “Revue Roumaine de Chimie”, “Macromolecular Reaction Engineering”, “Revista de Chimie”. Within this period, there were 4 years of Academic teaching. Human Resources Management Certified by Bristow Business and Communication Research Center.
