About Mihaela Mocanu

With over 10 years of experience in human resources, I am a global HR leader who is passionate about leading and transforming HR operations to deliver excellence and value to the business. As the Director of Global People Services at Finastra, I oversee the end-to-end HR service delivery for over employees across 40+ countries, leveraging Workday as the core HR system. I also lead the HR change management initiatives to support the integration, alignment, and optimization of the HR processes and policies. Prior to this role, I was the Director of EMEA People Services at Finastra, where I managed the HR operations for the region, and the HR Business Advisor at Accenture, where I worked on various HR projects for global clients. I have strong skills in HR, Workday, change management, reporting, and coordination, as well as a Master's degree in Marketing and Business Negotiation. I am driven by the mission of empowering people and organizations to achieve their full potential, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
