I am Management Consultant, dedicated to operational efficiency and organizational development. I run professional teams to offer SAP best services tailored to custom needs. Building great business solution teams is one of the keys to success in an environment where businesses are constantly undergoing transformation and development and ICT sector is the most innovative of all. I have a strong will to succeed and a rapid capacity to learn and apply new technology, which made me be considered as a valuable and reliable partner by both my colleagues and clients. As Service Delivery Manager I am leading a team of highly technical professionals, with expertise in various SAP solutions. Utilizing an agile methodology, foresight into project milestones and client needs, I coordinate the teams to offer high-quality deliverables to the clients. I am SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO certified, experienced in IT consultancy projects, I have strong technical SAP, finance and business knowledge,(statutory GAAPs and relevant IASs and IFRSs), budgeting and reporting expertise. As an employee, I grew up in a team and develop myself as a team player. I am a communicative person, detailed oriented with problem solving skills, very committed to deliver the best results. I expect the same from my team. Sometimes I quit very hard, run by the idea that “when there is a will, there is always a way”. I like to work with skillful, professional and open-minded people, willing to share knowledge. I admire people who want to learn and grow. As a person, I am an autodidact very curious about science, economy, business, people, history, art, cultures. I like to talk to people, share stories and experiences. I believe in the power of positivism. I consider that is never too late in life to learn something and change is always a provocation. Additionally, I enjoy engaging in developmental and community activities such as the pursuit of an Executive MBA diploma with Sheffield University, internal volunteering initiatives as a Mentor for Master students at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Economic Cybernetics.
