About Mihai Bartis

As a summary of my education I can say that I am a graduate of the Politehnica University of Bucharest, specialized in Telecommunication Systems and Technologies, where I have received the title of Telecommunications Engineer. I also obtained a double masters degree, from Supelec Paris (Ecole Superieure D'Electricite Paris), specializing in the domain of Digital Communications as well as from the Politehnica University of Bucharest specializing in Digital Signal Processing. As a summary of my professional career I have always been interested in working closely with the hardware, from a programming point of view. I enjoy developing embedded applications for telecommunications products, using the C programming language and the matlab IDE for the testing frameworks. I prefer to work in a C based IDE that also allows for easy debugging and maintenance as well as having a good subversioning software to keep everything nicely organized. An embedded operating system is also an interesting point for me, providing extra flexibility and control for the developed applications. I enjoy developing and optimizing a product, adding new functionality to the system as well as solving problems and challenges
