About Mihai Stoicea

Thanks to the experience I have had until now, mainly in the field of industrial automation and robotics (14 years), I have accumulated an important level of knowledge and know-how, in the following directions: • Sales - skills of negotiation, relationship, communication, legal, conflict management, commercial, technical consultancy, bidding as well as detailed knowledge of equipment in the fields of packaging, quality control, conveyors, robots, label applicators, vision systems and others. • Technic- know-how development of technical solutions from scratch, flow dimensioning from the capacity and automation logic point of view, system capacity and robot cycle calculations, bidding, automation calculation and others. • Management skills - team coordination, project management, budgeting, profitability analysis, development of work tools (reporting, activity planner), implementation of procedures, team training, interviews with potential candidates, team members selection, team members evaluation and others. Going through the development phases mentioned above, helped me to complete my knowledge baggage and to understand at a detailed level how a company works from the dimensioning and offering applications level, implementation of the applications and up to the global management level of a certain project or company. Due to the nature of the activities undertaken and the positions held, I interacted with all the other departments of the company (logistics, purchases, accounting, HR), as adjacent parts of the process. I define myself by the level of involvement in the activities undertaken, easy communication with the team members, clear and concise transmission of ideas and directions, understanding and assuming responsibility without looking for external causes, focus on the results, loyalty, solving tasks within the agreed term and not least through the level of empathy towards the people I interact with.
