For the past 3 years, I've been part of the awesome team at Cognism, where I leverage my technical expertise and customer-centric approach to deliver solutions that simplify our clients' lives. Starting as a Tech Support Specialist, I handled hundreds of client calls and maintained a perfect customer satisfaction rating for over 7 quarters. This performance led to my promotion to Solutions Consultant, where I now collaborate closely with Account Managers to enhance the client journey and drive successful sales and upsell opportunities. My ability to quickly adapt and go the extra mile earned me the Rookie of the Year Award, recognizing my successful transition to the Solutions Consultant team. In this role, I've continued to excel, resolving complex technical challenges and successfully promoting advanced product features, which has contributed to both customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
