I am an experienced pharmacist with a strong background in the pharmaceuticals industry, where I've developed expertise in leadership, manufacturing control, and lean management. My skills span Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and process improvement, driving efficiency and excellence in complex operations. Following my time in the pharmaceutical industry, I transitioned into entrepreneurship, becoming the co-owner and taking on management roles in two companies. In my first venture, an open circuit pharmacy, I leveraged my skills in project management, online marketing, and business process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth. In my second endeavor, a distribution company, I focused on wholesale operations, product marketing, and the development of comprehensive marketing strategies. My work included spearheading product launches, managing import/export operations, and driving brand development and product design. With a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Universitatea de Medicină și Farmacie din Târgu-Mureș, I combine a deep scientific foundation with strong business acumen, enabling me to deliver impactful results in both the pharmaceutical and business sectors. I am also a proud member of Business Network International (BNI), where I am grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded professionals. BNI has been instrumental in expanding my business knowledge and network. One of my favorite quotes is:"You can have results or excuses. Not both."
