My name is Mihir Pathare, and I am a culinary graduate with a profound passion for cooking. Currently, I am working on a J-1 visa at The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin, as a Junior Sous Chef Apprentice (Cook 3). Previously, I spent over a year with Four Folks Hospitality as a Chef de Partie, contributing to their diverse outlets. Additionally, I have a year and a half of J-1 visa experience at The American Club, a prestigious five-star, five-diamond property in Kohler, where I began as a trainee and was promoted to Chef de Partie. My background also includes a year of industrial experience at the Renaissance Hotel. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with renowned industry experts, allowing me to showcase my skills and gain invaluable insights. I excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, consistently delivering quality dishes. My culinary approach is deeply rooted in Indian traditions, and I take pleasure in integrating Indian recipes and techniques with global cuisines to create innovative and memorable dishes. Sharing the rich heritage of Indian culture through my culinary creations is a passion of mine.
