Currently working at the heart of Valmet Automotive’s operations in the Project Management Office (PMO), I’m in a unique position to gain a panoramic view of our business and contribute to strategic project execution across multiple business lines. My role allows me to connect dots between competencies, resources, and strategic goals—ensuring that projects are not only delivered, but also aligned with long-term value creation. Previously, as a Specialist in Supply Chain Management, I led sourcing and logistics activities with a strong focus on supplier negotiations, production material flow, and internal process alignment. My contributions to the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé and other automotive industry project highlighted my ability to manage supplier interfaces and ensure timely execution in a high-demand environment. Transitioning from Sourcing Engineer to SCM Specialist, I developed deep expertise in production materials management, supplier collaboration, and understanding of company-wide operational processes. Today, I bring that operational experience into the PMO context—supporting project coordination with a holistic understanding of supply chain dynamics, strategic resourcing, and cross-functional collaboration.
