About Miihkali Sieppi

As a food science student at the University of Helsinki, I am passionate about learning and applying food technology and circular economy principles to the food industry. I am currently in the first year of my master's degree program, with a primary focus on food technology and a secondary focus on technology around grains and pulses. I have also completed my bachelor's degree in food science from the same university in June 2021. I have 14 years of work experience in security and service jobs, including 8.5 years as a railway conductor at VR Group and 5 months as a line operator at HKScan. These roles have developed my communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills, as well as given me exposure to the food manufacturing sector. I am looking for an opportunity to transition permanently to the food industry, where I can contribute to research, production, or customer service projects related to food technology and circular economy. I am highly motivated, conscientious, and trustworthy as a worker, and I am open to all kinds of work opportunities in the field.
