About Mikael Andersson

I am a highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious professional with over 25 years of experience in the maintenance field. My background spans a wide range of roles including mechanical maintenance, industrial electrical and automation, project management, and 16 years as a Maintenance Manager in both the food & beverage and automotive industries. Since 2016, I have been working as a Project Manager at MaintMaster, where I help customers implement and optimize their use of MaintMaster CMMS. My work is grounded in the principles of Standard EN-13306, and I take pride in supporting our clients not only with technical implementation but also with strategic decision-making and organizational development in maintenance. In addition to my role as Project Manager, I serve as Team Lead for MaintMaster’s Project Teams across Sweden, Germany, and the UK. I am also the author of the MaintMaster Maintenance Manual, a comprehensive guide designed to help organizations elevate their maintenance practices and align with industry standards. My passion lies in helping organizations unlock the full potential of their maintenance operations through smart systems, structured processes, and empowered teams.
