I have more than 10 years of experience as a manager and has the last 15-20 years been working in the Wind Turbine industry with Master Data Management, Master Data Governance, RDS-PP, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Technical Documentation, Project Management and Business Process Optimization My manager skills are recognizing, delegating and giving the employee the change to grow within their area of interest. I know the value of having satisfied and motivated employees and know what it takes from a manager to reach the goals that are specified by me or others.
