About Mikalai Sahnouski

I am calm and open to discussing various topics. I believe that everyone should have the freedom to express their opinions, both positive and negative, in order to engage in meaningful discussions and contribute to making the world a better place. I pay attention to the finer details that can impact different aspects and utilize them in my work planning. Working in a team is where I truly thrive. Although I have only experienced being a part of a 'dream team' twice, I have gained valuable insights on how to build exceptional teams. I enjoy establishing clear agreements before delving deep into collaborative work. Learning is a passion of mine, and I believe the best way to learn is by diving in and actively utilizing new knowledge. To explore this philosophy, I have set up a Kubernetes cluster with over 7 computers at home, allowing me to deepen my understanding of Kubernetes. I am also fascinated by other areas, such as Arduino, IoT, Smart Home, 3D printing, robots, computer networking (VLAN, 5G, WiFi roaming), and various other subjects. I consider myself a bridge between backend developers and DevOps. I have noticed that many developers are not interested in understanding what happens in other layers of a system. For me, the most beautiful thing in the world is people. People are both simple and complex simultaneously. That's why I find working with individuals more intriguing than coding itself.
