As a Clinical Administrator at Steeper, I work with a team of prosthetists that provide quality care and services to amputee patients. I manage the administrative aspects of the clinic, such as invoicing, supplier outreach (contact, networking, and product chases), queries, and ensuring a smooth process between both the prosthetist and the technicians of the workshop. Before joining Steeper, I was a Social Media Manager at Piper & Willow, a creative agency that helps small businesses grow their brand and audience. Using my writing, design, and analytics skills, I created and curated engaging content for various platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. I also planned and executed online and offline events, such as workshops and networking sessions, to connect with potential and existing clients. I enjoy combining my passion for literature and art with my enthusiasm for analytics and marketing. I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques to enhance my craft.
