About Mike Anders

Mr. Anders serves as an Independent Board Member for KLJ Solutions Holding Co, a 100% ESOP leading regional engineering, construction and development company. As co-founder, President, and Executive Board Member of Agile Frameworks, Mr. Anders was responsible for company operations over its first six years, establishing a national presence and platform for growth. Until May 2017, he also concurrently served as Chief Information Officer for Braun Intertec Corporation, a rapidly growing Consulting Engineering firm. He maintains an active presence in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries. A frequent speaker and contributor, his passion is guiding the industry toward and through digital transformation - only surpassed by his love for canoeing in the BWCA and serving as a ski instructor in the winter. Previously Mr. Anders was CEO and owner of Systems Consulting Group, providing information technology planning, systems selection and integration, applications development, and business process improvement services. With KPMG, Mr. Anders led the Integration Services practice in Sydney, Australia. Clients included ANZ Bank, National Australian Bank, CitiGroup, Bovis/Lend Lease, Fonterra (New Zealand), and Clearing & Payment Services Pte Ltd (Singapore) • A 2003 CIO Magazine CIO100 Honoree for the ‘Innovative use of Technology’•.
