Michael Anderschat, originally from Southern California, has built a diverse and successful career rooted in his deep commitment to both family and professional growth. Raised with his younger sister by their parents, Michael cherished family moments with local grandparents and enjoyed numerous camping and waterskiing adventures. Michael's educational journey took him through elementary, junior high, and part of high school in the Northridge area before relocating to Valencia, California. After graduating high school, he joined his father's commercial construction business, beginning his professional path. Michael married, purchased his first home, and started a family in Valencia during this period. He and his son, sharing a passion for aviation with Michael’s father, enjoyed attending air shows and races across the country and took flying lessons together. Michael earned his solo pilot's license and enjoyed honing his flying skills. Michael advanced rapidly in the commercial construction industry by balancing family life with a burgeoning career. As a foreman, he rose to the position of Project Executive within a short span, managing various facets of construction projects, including marketing, pricing, client service, and resource management. His dedication and expertise earned him a distinguished 27-year tenure with the company. Amidst the challenges posed by COVID and life changes, Michael and his wife decided to relocate to Knoxville, Tennessee. There, they embarked on constructing their dream home. With the completion of their new residence, Michael is now pursuing his long-standing dream of becoming a strategic marketing real estate agent. Michael is excited to leverage his extensive background in project management and client relations to provide exceptional real estate service. He is committed to offering a detailed and strategic approach to understanding clients’ needs and helping them find or sell their properties with a personal touch. Michael now enjoys quality time with his family, including his two grandchildren, and looks forward to bringing his expertise to the real estate market.
