After Senior roles with Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and 9 years on the board of Hilton Hotels as global CMO & CCO, Mike set up ABCG, a training and CX transformation business whose clients include Oracle, PWC, RBS, Avon, Tetra Pak and Movenpick Hotels, • In parallel, Mike has built a diverse portfolio of NED and advisory roles, including 5 years as chair of digital agency LHM Media, 7 years as trustee and NED of UK charity Revitalise, 2 years as strategic brand adviser to the Welsh Assemby Government, and 10 years advising start-up and mid-size businesses in the UK. • As a seasoned director, Mike brings invaluable general management & cross-sector experience, combined with recognised professional expertise in customer experience transformation and managing complex change. • Mike’s operational expertise is complemented by a robust understanding of board procedure, financial control, governance and risk managment in both regulated and non-regulated environments. • Mike is seeking an NED opportutny with an organisation where his skills, style and experience are a good fit for the challenges being faced and where he can make a positive contribution.
