Do you wake up wanting to make a positive change by the end of the day? Me too! It's a great feeling, and one I like to be surrounded by. I'm a leader, and enjoy seeing and hearing that 'aha!' moment with partners, colleagues, and most importantly customers. Whether it's showing them something they hoped to see during an onboarding, or providing a tip or trick I've found, that feeling is the best during the work day. When I'm not fuelling up on positive customer experiences, coffee and the experiences of youth growing into future leaders through the Cadet Program brings me a lot of fulfillment and allows me to craft new ways to engage and communicate in an educational manner. Plus seeing the excitement of the youth of the day when you understand their memes should be bottled up.
