About Mike Baker

As owner of Real Time Web Marketing, I am privileged to be able to work with many great business owners. They come to me with the challenge of finding their voice & reaching their target market online. These owners understand that with over 1 billion websites online today, a website by itself is not enough. Together, we work to find affordable, customized web-based solutions to fit their unique needs & budget. Today’s complex marketing environment requires use of holistic web design concepts to create a viable strategy. This method of web design views a business’s entire web presence (platform & coding, website content & design, social media, email marketing, etc.) as critical to its success online. This is especially important now that Google continues to add new ranking factors up to 3 times each a year. I also offer online business consulting. These sessions are discovery & strategy meetings that will help map a path to success online for almost any type of business. A well-planned strategy, with competitor & target marketing research, will give a business the best chance for Background & Experience I have worked in small businesses and corporate IT departments my entire professional career. In addition, I have worked evenings teaching adult students at various technical schools (Network Engineering & Web Design). I earned my first IT degree back in 1998 and obtained my second degree in 2015 at University of Phoenix (Web Design & Development). I am a big believer in sharpening my existing skill sets and keeping up with new developments in my field. I am now the owner of my own small business called Real Time Web Marketing. I enjoy working with others and sharing my experience with small business owners in various workshops. I am active in the WordPress community through various meetups & WordCamp events around the country. I am a proud member of a digital consultancy group called WP Elevation and a well-established Digital Marketing Group.
