Background

About Mike Bales

My direct work experience is wide and diverse, with focus on several specific functions. Created and presented training on products and solutions to the field sales engineers in national webinars, or in smaller regional group settings, and recorded presentations for online training knowledge-base. Supported same products and solutions for difficult escalated issues that were beyond normal support channels, focusing on troubleshooting to fix or specific direction to engage proper resources for expedient resolution. Performed Quality Assurance test design and setup for wireless modem control software. Gathered customer requirements for wireless modem software and custom configured to meet their needs, sometimes requiring searching for undocumented settings and testing to accomplish. Researched infrequent intermittent issues to design best test cases to isolate and fix. Researched and documented potential solution usage issues, with possible workarounds. Discussed with direct business sales available products and solutions and created surveys, with presentation of the results to product managers and executive decision makers, and response presentation back to the field regarding changes. Worked with customers to see how to make solutions meet their needs or adjust methods of usage for accomplishing desired results with available product.
