About Mike Banske

I have completed 25 years as a Police Officer, during which time I received numerous certifications and have been responsible for a variety of tasks. I have been a patrolman, a Detective, and Community Policing Officer. I’ve built programs, taught classes to children & adults, processed crime scenes/collected evidence, and many traditional police duties on calls. In addition to my Law Enforcement certifications, I’ve maintained a license with IHSAA to officiate grade school through Varsity basketball, volleyball, and fast-pitch softball. In 2016, I completed my Indiana Real Estate Brokers exam and joined my wife in our own Real Estate firm (Bans-Key Real Estate Services, LLC). In 2019 I also completed my certification to become an Indiana Notary Public, with Title Producing credentials so I can close re-financed mortgages working remotely for over 50 different Title companies. I have proven that I am a self starter, and capable of obtaining licenses and certifications. I wish to find an opportunity that will be rewarding, meaningful, and provide a fair compensation to me & my family as we navigate the increased costs of life.
