About Mike Bath

With over 18 years of experience as an assistant football coach, I have contributed to the success and development of various collegiate teams and players. I currently work at Indiana State University, where I help design and implement training programs, game plans, and scouting reports, as well as mentor and motivate student-athletes. I also have skills and experience in coaching, which I acquired from my previous roles at Western Michigan University and University of Wyoming. My core competencies include leadership, communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking. My mission is to foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and diversity in sports, and to support the academic and athletic goals of the students. I am passionate about coaching and learning, and I always seek new opportunities to improve my knowledge and skills. I am excited to join a team that shares my vision and values, and that can offer me new challenges and growth.
