About Mike Beynon

The Client Director role at Sopra Steria, has been a natural progression, using my expertise and in-depth understanding of Resourcing products derived from various senior leadership roles. Having led the development and implemenation of strategic resourcing solutions, aligning these with the Civil Service reform agendas, it resulted in one of the largest and one of the most exciting service transformation programmes for our key Civil Service clients across England and Wales. My work has been recognised by several prestigious awards from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), both at the national and regional levels. I have won the CIPD Wales Individual Gold Award for Outstanding Contribution in the Field of People Development, the CIPD Wales Team Award for Best HR Consultancy Supplier, and the CIPD National Award for Best Resourcing Team. I have also been a finalist for the CIPD National Award for Best Use of External Support and the HR Wales Award for Best Resourcing Initiative. I am passionate about enhancing people capability and delivering excellence in resourcing operations, and I am always looking for new ways to innovate and improve.
