I am proud and grateful to have forged an inspiring and fulfilling career as a versatile, energetic, and caring technology innovator and leader. With a passion for bringing digital products and platforms to life, I’ve dedicated myself to helping companies — and the people they employ and serve — grow, flourish, and succeed through technology. Over the past 25 years, with degrees in mathematics, computer science, and business, I’ve been privileged to lead the realization of nearly 100 mission-critical software and data platforms across industries such as healthcare, telecom, manufacturing, retail, and finance. My experience spans startup to Fortune 50, including 15 years of pivotal leadership roles at Turnberry, where I helped grow the company from ~$15M to $300M+ in annual revenue. I’ve applied a broad and ever-expanding technical foundation — encompassing many programming languages, technology stacks and platforms, cloud ecosystems like Azure and AWS, big data technologies, and emerging fields around Data and AI — to solve complex business challenges. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution: collaborating with customers, devising modern cloud-driven architecture, and staying connected to the evolving tech landscape. I remain curious and hands-on: recent late nights with a "Positional Encoding in Transformers" tutorial,"Digital Twins" white paper, or "Ethical AI" podcast! In parallel, I’ve built and led technology organizations — most recently one with a $90M P&L — focusing on empowering teams to do their best work. I combine deep engineering expertise with a passion for fostering cultures where excellence thrives and people feel energized, connected, and valued. I believe success comes naturally from environments that exude not only technical mastery but also collaboration, freedom, joy, and purpose. This philosophy has guided me in championing values like agility, teamwork, learning culture, kindness, and customer obsession while driving technical attention to core principles like code craftsmanship, DevOps practices, evolutionary design, and continuous delivery. I’ve been an educator and coach — leading training initiatives on management practices, agile/lean methodologies, eXtreme Programming, and emerging technologies for well-known companies while publishing widely-read content on these and other technologies. Outside of work, find me running the Philadelphia Marathon, golfing at Whitford, snowboarding or biking in the mountains, or enjoying a sunny day at the shore with my family of five near our home in Chester County, PA.
