After all, highly effective aviation programs require insightful, efficiency-focused leadership dedicated to maximizing operations, schedules, safety, and staff management in order to achieve ambitious goals and deliver aggressive performance results. In order to empower companies to consistently realize the highest levels of operational efficiency and bottom-line profitability, I re-evaluate practices, stop ineffective patterns, and progress teams beyond their comfort zones to achieve unprecedented results. Some of my accomplishments include: Upholding a flawless 15-year track record of completing civilian and DoD contracts on time and under budget. Producing 78.3% of CHI Aviation’s revenue while maintaining 98% on-time reliability rate for 5 straight years. Building 4 austere base locations from the ground up while relocating a massive fixed-wing support operation. Earning an A+ rating from the DoD Trans-Com contract oversite committee for 3 separate contract deployments. Growing DoD contracts from 1 to 8 for DHL Airways and drastically increasing civilian charter programs with Fortune 500 clients. I get the job done right, and I get it done quickly while solving even the toughest problems. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully devised and implemented transformational strategies while minimizing operational expenses, improving enterprise processes, and building top-tier teams across a wide variety of professional disciplines. I have a long history of success in the development, coaching, and leadership of top-performing personnel. Currently, I hold Secret Security Clearance with the Department of Defense, and I’ve previously held Top Secret Clearance.
