January 16, 2021 to Present - transferred to new Elections Administration Office for Harris County. Currently, continue with previous GIS assignments: management of shape files (300K+) for analyst of Population within Harris County for Election purposes. Additional assignments remains the same - see below: August 25, 2014 to January 15, 2021 - On-going Assignments at Harris County Tax Office: Updating of 1,012 Individual Voting Precincts (VPCTs) through used of Data Driven Pages (DDP) for both paper and Web Site. Rectification of base feature classes on SDE (adding new segments and/or new additions)- College/ISD Campuses, Light Rail (Metro-Houston), Roads, Railroads, Waterways, Waterbodies, working with USPS - editing Zip Codes within Harris County, Re-Precincting and/or ReDistricting of VPCTs, Updating of Utility Districts, Geocoding of Population from County to individual Municipalities - from 2 Million Plus to August 25, 2014 to Present: became permanent employee with Harris County Tax Office in Houston, Texas. June 23, 2014 to August 25, 2014 - working as a contract for Computer Task Group (CTG) at Harris County in Houston, Texas. September 20, 2010 to November 5, 2013 as GIS Coordinator for Ark-Tex Council of Governments (ATCOG) in Texarkana, Texas. •Resurrected the GIS Department at ATCOG of 10 County region: •Nine Counties in Texas (Bowie, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Morris, Red River and Titus) and one county in Arkansas - Miller County. Map design & laid out of County / City Maps including Volunteer Fire Departments (VFD) with Emergency Service Numbers (ESN), Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), Population densities, etc. Specialties: ArcInfo, ArcMAP, ArcSDE - reconcile and post weekly, Rectification to Aerial Imagery, Annotation, Georeferencing, building Mosaic data sets.
