About Mike Chambers

Mr. Chambers worked with the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality before starting with Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. As part of the Division of Water Monitoring and Assessments, Mr. Chambers completed GIS analysis for algae monitoring and mapping for the Mountain Valley and Atlantic Coast Pipelines. As part of his daily tasks, Mr. Chambers also performed probabilistic monitoring for water quality and completed site audits for compliance with Virginia Water Protection (VWP). Mr. Chambers joined Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. in July of 2018. His daily tasks include performing erosion and sediment control inspections; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan development; and implementation and compliance. Mr. Chambers performs and coordinates site audits to ensure that clients are in compliance with local, state and federal laws, as well as completes wetland construction monitoring and corrective action reports for clients as required by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for wetland permits.
