About Mike Chapman

I am a quality-focused technical leader with over 20 combined years of experience in Quality, Change Transition, Release and Service Management and application migration/support. An enthusiastic service-oriented manager, hard working, flexible and adaptable, strong at leading and coaching teams, with a proven track record for supporting large scale high visibility product releases in fast-paced high pressure environments. I currently own and manage the Service Transition processes for the BBC as well as the underlying teams providing support for ITSM, CMDB and Request Management. My roots are in the operational/sysadmin space and this serves me well in understanding the fine balance between fast agile delivery and the need for operational stability for the business.
