About Mike Chatterton

Most AI consultancies sell transformation. We build capability. I founded AI Accelerator because I could see the world was about to change, and the only way to deal with the pace of that change was to build something new. Not a traditional consultancy. Something that actually understands AI and isn't held back by historic models, business architecture, or ways of thinking. Our bet is on the human problem, not the technology one. We believe in human-AI systems, not just AI. The organisations that win won't be the ones with the best models. They'll be the ones whose people know what to do with them. We're building the most AI-native consultancy of practitioners in the world. We regularly mix it with the largest consultancies and beat them. We use AI to build, to deliver, to operate. We don't just teach it. We live it. We identify where future value lies and build the environments to get there.25 years in technology consulting before this. Olympics, World Cups, F1, and major infrastructure projects. The lesson from all of it: the technology is never the hard part.AI rewards the people who think differently. Make it practical, make it accessible, get out of the way. We're selective about who we work with. If you think your organisation has what it takes to survive and grow with AI, let's talk.
