With the help of great advisors and our leadership team, I’ve enjoyed building FocusCFO from a startup, into the largest Fractional CFO group in the United States. I could not have done this without the help of others. Along the way, I have met with thousands of business owners, business advisors, and CFOs. I personally get involved with the owners of Small & Medium Size Businesses (SMBs) to help them: • Gain complete financial control over every aspect of their business • Develop a financial roadmap for their overall business strategy • Scale their business to where it has real sustainable, transferable business value I help business advisors (including, bankers, accountants, attorneys, business coaches, Vistage Chairs, EOS Implementers, and others) help serve their clients by: • Ensuring they receive critical financial information so they can help their clients • Helping each client to have regular business updates with their key advisors • Solidifying their role as a true trusted advisor and enhancing their relationship with their clients I also help those who want to join the fractional CFO movement to live their best life. • CFOs will focus solely on being a fractional CFO, not on having to find clients • Area Presidents will help develop a client base in their home geography • Both roles will work with Business Owners and their advisors to achieve their goals The journey to helping business owners build sustainable, transferable value is one that no one can do on their own.
