About Mike Clayton

Mike is a Sooner who gratefully made his way to Texas, a Navy Veteran, an entrepreneur, and Operations Manager at Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta. He is a facilitator, a person who believes in serving, in doing whatever needs to be done to get the job done. He values open ears and willing hands, believes in humility and loyalty. It was these priorities that led him to working at FBFK where he found a work culture and vision he believed in. Mike now spends his days working to expand that vision by implementing the lessons he learned during his eight years as a medical Corpsman caring for thousands of Marines and Sailors as well as years spent running his own businesses. He works on employee feedback, piloting a Growth Team program. He implements Policies and Procedures so that anybody in any position can have access to the tools they need to get their job done. When Mike isn’t working, you can find him playing his guitar, in which he is classically trained, or escaping to the mountains.
