Mr. Collins has more than 20 years of experience in project procurement, engineering, and commissioning activities for energy megaprojects. He has been employed in successively responsible roles in various facets of megaproject development in both the renewable and offshore oil and gas industries. Most recently, Mr. Collins served as the Turnover Manager for the Muskrat Falls Project, a CAD$5.5 billion, 824 MW Muskrat Falls Generation Facility, where he was responsible for asset turnover, systems to operations, and contract closeout. Mr. Collins is also experienced with construction claims preparation, analysis, and strategy, and has participated in dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings as an expert witness.
