A transportation professional with a love and passion for developing people, building strong working relationships with various stakeholders that result in operational & financial success for the Western Waterfront and Canadian economy. With a decade of experience that includes working as a dues paying Union Member, to now Operations Superintendent of a diverse multi-commodity bulk handling terminal on the West Coast - I have built and fostered many great relationships with various stakeholders & customers across the industry that continue to pay dividends today. I’m fortunate to have seen a little bit of “everything” over the last 10 years, and can’t wait to see what the future holds. My biggest passion is People. They are the heart beat of what it is we do, each and every day. I’m grateful for the opportunity to lead others, and be given the chance to push and develop a diverse group of waterfront professionals day in and day out. Pushing to change the Waterfront culture for the better, one shift at a time.
