Background
About Mike Congrove
After nearly a decade in roles at Accenture and AT & T, I traded corporate life for a deeper calling — serving unreached people with the gospel. I now serve as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Empower One, a ministry planting churches and training leaders across South Sudan, Sudan, DR Congo, Chad, and refugee camps in Uganda. Before launching Empower One in 2006, I led strategic efforts in Africa as the Sudan Strategy Coordinator and Africa Continent Director at e3 Partners Ministry. My wife Ali and I have three wonderful kids: Alexa, Weston, and Erin Kaya.
