Previously, I served as a Training and Implementation Consultant and Account Executive at Wolters Kluwer. My responsibilities included product implementation, project management, and custom training tailored to customer needs. I developed curriculum for national workshops, seminars, and training events using various educational media and adult learning methods. This included creating participant workbooks, PowerPoint decks, and delivering webinars. As a former Account Executive for Wolters Kluwer, I served clients in MN, WI, and Upper MI.
