My passion is to help others in a complex business world understand how their voice, cellular, data, and merchant services work, and how to save money in these areas so they can stay focused on their core business. I help businesses optimize their systems, typically without changing equipment or service providers. I analyze systems, services, and charges for no up-front costs or retainers. I provide objective options for consideration. My fee is only a portion of your savings. I am a community leader. Over the last 20 years I have been a government services professional and project development team leader. Recently retired as a municipal Fire Chief, and a veteran of the U. S. Coast Guard Reserve retiring as a Senior Chief after 30 years of service. I specialize in helping any size company save money in the world of telecommunications which is the driver for all businesses today, yet largely overlooked as a source of cost containment. I strive to become a partner in your business working along side your financial management and IT team. My core values are: • Honesty: I love my job! I am not paid by any providers to provide my service in optimizing and auditing my client’s telecommunications and merchant services (credit card) processing. • Diligence: I earn my clients business. My analysis is free. My recommendations are free. My clients knows what they will save before I ever earn a dime. If they like what I offer, then I share in those savings as my fee. Throughout our contract term, I continuously monitor the clients account for any changes and possibility of further optimization. I strive to have compassion towards my clients and an understanding of their business to insure that they have the best solution in hand when I walk out their door.
