As the National Business Development Manager at Gill Athletics, I am focused on identifying new markets, building relationships, and serving the needs of our customers across the country. With nearly 20 years of experience at Gill Athletics, I have developed a deep understanding of the industry and a talent for connecting with coaches, dealers, and organizations. My role as National Business Development Manager is multifaceted, and I am responsible for a wide range of activities that are critical to the success of Gill Athletics. I work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies for reaching new customers and expanding our reach in key markets utilizing social media platforms and podcasts. I prioritize building and maintaining strong relationships with coaches, dealers, and partners in the track and field industry. I am passionate about connecting with people and hearing their stories, and believe building strong authentic relationships is essential to achieving success in business. One of the things I love most about my job is the opportunity to work with customers to identify their unique needs and provide customized solutions that meet those needs. Whether it's developing new products or working to improve our customer service, I am always striving to find new and better ways to serve our customers.
