About Mike Day

I am currently an EPOS Data Administrator for Punch Pubs. My current role includes utilising large amounts of data to discover trends, make adjustments to EPOS information and spot any potential issues. We are also responsible for the implementation of promotions and price changes. In this role I have become proficient in Microsoft Excel and using VBA to create solutions and streamline my working process. I am always looking for a new challenge to learn better ways of working. I have managed small teams in the past to deliver positive customer experience changes working all across the country. A keen eye for detail and a push to deliver the best for the customer has been my main driving force. Hard work, critical thinking and problem solving have been part of my main responsibilities in my roles and responding to problems with a positive and efficient manner.
