Founder and President of Decker’s Carpet Cleaning, a family operated business serving Kingwood and the Houston area as a Carpet, Tile, Upholstery, and Stone care provider who excels in service, delivers over the top results, creates enthusiastic fans, and maintains our values and ethics. We built this business on superior cleaning results and exceptional service, and take pride in the reputation presented by our reviews online. I spent almost 2 decades managing Barnes & Noble stores, where I learned great customer service and how to manage a business, drive sales, and lead teams of 5 to 125 people. In 2011, my family decided to take control of our future and leave our full time jobs and start Decker's Carpet Cleaning. We also do consulting, coaching, and music production and management through Spiral Light Consulting. When I'm not working or dreaming up new ideas I can be found hiking or running, much of the time with my dog, Fergus. I also spend time around the pool, reading, and listening to live music.
