About Mike Doner

Hello I am putting together a summary document describing my experience and assets so you can see where I would best be utilized for a position. Some of my best attributes are problem solving, organization skills and customer service on site and via phone and email. I have years of experience dealing with customers/clients in a retail and corporate environment. I have worked as a store manager entailing supervising up to 5 technicians, sales, purchasing and customer support. I have extensive experience building installing maintaining and supporting desktops and notebooks, brand names and custom builds. I have worked as a Team Lead and Team Supervisor on Rollouts and Network installations, including extensive wireless and high speed internet setup. I also have some Server Administration. I am a Dell and IBM/Lenovo certified laptop and desktop onsite service specialist. This consists of taking calls via WWTS web portal, scheduling calls, picking up and delivering returned parts via Fedx and onsite diagnostics. I have been working a lot with Windows 7 migrations. I also enjoy being on the move most of the time and not sitting in an office on a computer. If there was a Technician team lead position this would probably fit me best but I would be happy to work as a Desktop Techincian at the right company to get my foot in the door. I am currently studying for my A+ and CCNA Cisco certifications. Thank You for the interest in me. I am looking for a pay rate around $20 to $25 per hour. And I would prefer to work with a company based here in St. Louis.
