About Mike Drogemuller

My career spans three decades, the focal points being business development, recruitment, public relations, international business, sales and marketing. I have been working with global recruitment firm Logistics Executive since 2019 helping that company grow its global business. In my off time, and initially to survive the mental challenges of the Covid lockdowns, I wrote my first novel, a historical spy thriller called Operation 235. It is available on Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms, together with retailers including Chapters in Canada and Barnes and Noble in the United States. I have hands-on knowledge of freight and logistics. Prior to my current role, in my capacity as a director of Baltic Industries, I was responsible for shipping products to customers globally, and necessarily, I managed air freight, sea freight, LTL truck freight and 3PL in order to fulfill our contractual requirements. I managed outsourced warehousing in Holland and on the east coast of the United States where we shipped several million US dollars of freight annually between the United States and Europe. We used a range of logistics companies including Fedex, Kuehne & Nagel and Concordia Air Freight and warehousing/3PL through F. Loendersloot Internationale Expeditie BV in Roosendaal, Holland. I have also completed assignments for Cyprinoid Solutions an Australian-based management consultancy where I prepared tenders as well as completing professional assignments for Charles Sturt University.
