A successful leader of development, support and project management teams. I have over 20 years in the computer industry, building and supporting software systems for Fortune 500 companies and and a larger non-for-profit. I manage by collaborating with technical staffs, project managers, and business associates to increase the company's business success. My projects and teams drive revenue and increase market share. I have had a leadership role in all aspects of of an information systems department. I have lead a variety of vendor integrations, payment systems, high volume websites, data warehouses and content management systems, tackling roles of a technical leader, project manager, and supervisor of a group of project managers. I am currently responsible for all of the technology systems used by the YMCA of Chicago. Previously I have managed some of the largest Internet projects for the Tribune and played an active role in the full SDLC. My project management experience ranges from Waterfall through Agile methodologies. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Chicago Chapter, CQAA (Chicago Quality Assurance Association) as well as C-SPIN (Chicago - Software Process Improvement Network).
