As a Sales & Technical Manager at Arville Textiles Ltd, I oversee the sales and technical support of rotary moulder belts for biscuit production. Rotary moulder belts are endless woven conveyor belts that transfer dough from the moulding rollers, creating various shapes and patterns of biscuits. With over 10 years of experience in this field, I have developed a deep understanding of the product, the market, and the customer needs. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating lasting relationships with my clients. I do this by being honest, reliable, and proactive, as well as offering them the knowledge and resources they need to make informed purchasing decisions. I also manage and train a team of sales support representatives, who assist me in delivering high-quality service and support. I have successfully increased the sales and retention of rotary moulder belts, as well as expanded the customer base and the geographic reach of Arville.
