I represent companies, institutions and owners in the leasing and sale of commercial real estate. My approach is consultative-working first to understand a client's business goals- before partnering with them to develop a real estate plan to further those goals. As the leader of my company with responsibility for our bottom line, I understand the importance of careful planning and execution to insure successful outcomes for our clients. I have always valued relationships above transactions, and as such have a loyal and diverse client base. Past and present clients include Liberty Mutual Insurance, Workbar, Brill Publishing, Core Investments, AW Perry, Top Notch Distributers, SEIU, and Goedecke & Company among many others. I work with firms of any size, and especially enjoy assignments where the real estate plan we develop helps to propel our client's business forward.
