I have a proven track record of developing a performance-driven team culture & winning mentality. Numerous & consistent successes achieved in every role throughout career to date with ongoing increases in responsibility & personal development. Me in a nutshell - Passionate INFJ profile, I care about people, I love simplicity, a plan and most of all a story. I don’t think there are enough stories in business. We’ve fallen into a data trap where unless we can prove something it’s meaningless. Stories can bring ideas to life. I believe in trust to unleash people’s power and coaching to poke their brains. My beliefs: 1. A big life learning for me (so far) is that if you are passionate about your work there isn’t a work / life balance. It’s about work / life integration and being in the moment for both. Podcasts, books, conversations, observations, research papers, mistakes, risks, jumping out of your comfort zone. I’ve learnt to suck it all up as all of it makes you better, faster and more agile in your thinking. Just find your learning preference and practise. It’s a habit more than anything else. Disruption and change (personally and professionally)= Growth. I’ve learnt this from living in UK, USA, Switzerland, Thailand, Bangladesh and Nepal to date. Experiencing different cultures, personalities and challenges are really great for you. The world really needs a bit more compassion and empathy. We are here to support each other and when this happens it leads to a higher percentage of business and personal success.
